"Little Ship" by Lars Laj is a classic device in a unique design. The colourful nautical ship captures children's attention and offers plenty of play opportunities: from creating fabulous sand buildings (if the unit is on a sand surface) to role-playing as brave pirates. The unit also has a bridge from which children can slide down a small slide. The platform can be accessed by climbing up the wooden steps straight from the sandpit or by climbing up the gangway. The sandpit has a tall mast with a colourful flag and a fantastic steering wheel. The unit requires the installation of a safe surface. Installation on grass is acceptable. The ship's structure is made of larch wood and the coloured covers are plastisol-coated sheet metal. The platform is lined with waterproof non-slip plywood. The slide of the slide is stainless steel, its sides are made of PE panels. The wooden elements are properly finished, sanded and impregnated and the whole structure is strong and stable, guaranteeing durability for years and safety for children playing on it. The colourful elements of the ship are available in a red and blue option. We also offer a model of this ship in a version with elegant black panels (Classic Nature line)."The Little Ship was designed with younger children in mind: between the ages of one and three, so it will be ideal as playground equipment in a nursery or kindergarten. It will also be a great addition to the play area at hotels or resorts frequented by families with young children, as well as to a playground in a park or other public areas for rest and recreation. The product meets the requirements of EN 1176 and is suitable as part of a playground.
